The learning exchange meeting of the Grace Machinery, Tongda Machinery, and Aceretech Operation Team concluded successfully

Recently, Grace Machinery had the honor to invite Mr. Liu Wei, a seasoned sales manager from the former Lucent Technologies (China) Co., Ltd., and Ms. Gao Lei, the former chairman of Randstad China (a Fortune 500 company), president of the Human Resources Association at Fudan University, and founder of Prisma Management Consulting, to jointly deliver an excellent course training on “Operation Process and Optimization”.

This training attracted management elites from leading enterprises in various sub-sectors of the plastic equipment manufacturing industry, including Tongda Machinery, Aceretech, and Grace Machinery. Participants gathered in the vibrant platform of Grace to explore and share innovative strategies and effective paths for enhancing the operational efficiency of equipment R&D and manufacturing enterprises.

Mr. Liu Wei and Ms. Gao Lei, with their outstanding industry insights and profound theoretical foundations, presented a series of exciting courses. The course content began with an overview of the overall operation process, gradually delving into the specific implementation of optimization strategies, and closely integrating real-world corporate operational cases. They explained in an accessible manner how to precisely identify bottlenecks in management processes and provided practical and effective solutions.

During the training, a series of vivid case analyses successfully stimulated profound thinking and lively discussions among all participants.
