The innovative 36L/D Parallel Twin Extruder reached 1200 kg/h output and it’s PVC water pipes all passed the strict testing accroding to the American standard. With the breakthrough design of the screw, the core indicators of the products are superior to American national standards and JM enterprise standards.

Its plasticization performance exceeds expectations, helping PWI plant provide high-quality and reliable water supply pipes. When producing specification 281.94mm/15.7mm, its output reached 800 kg/h, and is expected to reach 1200 kg/h with improved cooling length. The performance surpasses the German and American etruders of the same level from all aspects. Moreover, the 36L/D Parallel Twin Extruder brings high-effieiency and a lower operation cost. PWI plant will further cooperate with Grace to achieve higher capacity.
