2024 CHINAPLAS & Grace Factory Open Day Successfully Wrapped Up

The four-day CHINAPLAS 2024 was successfully concluded at the the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC Shanghai).

At the 7.1C28 booth, Peter Franz, technical consultant of Grace Machinery, explained Grace’s excellent technical achievements with customers. The main technical indexes of its 40L/D single-screw low-melt-temperature extrusion technology and 36L/D parallel twin-screw extrusion equipment are in the leading position in China and have reached the world’s first-class level.

During the exhibition, Grace’s booth attracted the attention of many customers. Grace staff always communicated with customers with full enthusiasm and patience. The features and advantages of the products were shown in the wonderful explanation of the staff, and the customers at the exhibition expressed great interest in Grace’s products after they had a certain understanding of the products. Many of them made detailed inquiries on the spot and hoped to carry out in-depth co-operation through this opportunity.

Grace Factory Open Week

In the afternoon of 26th, Grace held a factory open week activity. During the open week activity, customers were firstly warmly received by Grace. Then Peter Franz, the technical consultant, introduced the history and development of the factory as well as the main producing lines.

In Grace R&D Centre, Peter Franz introduced Grace’s R&D system and future product planning, which is closely related to customer value and user experience, also fully integrated with the market’s forward-looking needs.

Afterwards, customers were led into the production workshop and witnessed the highly efficient PVC 315 production line (capacity up to 800KG/H) and HDPE 450 production line (capacity up to 1200KG/H) and advanced intelligent servo cutting machine production equipment, etc. Customers were amazed at the factory’s scale of production and technical level.
